Why Fiber Gourmet Pasta Works So Well Here

Classic spaghetti and meatballs can sometimes leave you feeling weighed down. By swapping in Fiber Gourmet Light Spaghetti, you get all the pasta-night satisfaction with significantly more fiber and fewer calories than traditional pasta.

It’s proof that you don’t have to give up your favorite comfort foods to meet your wellness goals.

Tips for Perfect Beanballs

  • Don’t over-process the bean mixture. A little texture helps the beanballs hold together.
  • Wet your hands slightly before rolling to prevent sticking.
  • Flip the beanballs halfway through baking for even browning.
  • Make a double batch and freeze extras for easy future dinners.

Variations

  • Add More Veggies: Serve with sautéed spinach, roasted broccoli, mushrooms, or zucchini noodles.
  • Turn Up the Heat: Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the beanball mixture.
  • Try Different Beans: Black beans or cannellini beans also work beautifully in this recipe.

Meal Prep and Storage

  • These beanballs are practically made for meal prep.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
  • The beanballs also freeze exceptionally well. Simply freeze after baking and reheat whenever a pasta craving strikes.
