Tips for the Best Marshmallow Protein Bars
- Allow the gelatin to bloom completely before heating. This helps ensure a smooth mixture and a perfect set.
- Blend the mixture longer than you think you need to. The extra blending time is what creates the light, fluffy marshmallow texture.
- For clean slices, refrigerate the bars overnight before cutting.
Storage Tips
Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
