Since joining the company in 2022, Mandadi has pushed an integrated data layer across insurance, pharmacy benefits, pharmacies, and care delivery, underpinning a CVS Health app that he says attracts 18 million monthly active users.This year, however, the company moved beyond one in-house app to deliver more comprehensive health care support. In March, the company unveiled Health100, an AI-native platform built with Google Cloud designed to connect health records, insurance, prescriptions, and care, regardless of a person’s provider; its Haio assistant can help users navigate costs, find care, and manage health care logistics. The app is currently invitation-only, but will be widely available (and free to download and use) by the first quarter of 2027.
