The Urgent Care Pilot Program program in Half Moon Bay, funded by the County of San Mateo will conclude, as planned, on May 31, 2025. The insights we gained are crucial in helping us shape the future of same-day care in our community. This information is guiding our next steps.
We will continue to offer walk-in, and same-day virtual appointments for patients assigned to a Dignity Health Medical Group — Sequoia primary care provider. These services will be in addition to our existing primary care services.

We are working diligently to permanently expand our same-day and walk-in appointment offerings and hours as a result of what we learned during the pilot program.
Our clinic will continue to see established patients of Dignity Health Medical Group – Sequoia, including adults and children over 14 years of age. This includes patients with PPO plans, Medicare, and Health Plan of San Mateo.
Beginning June 1, 2025, we will continue to accept most health plans. However, patients with out-of-network coverage, will need to pay out-of-pocket for services.
