Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted dry roasted or raw cashews (code healthyhelper saves!)
- 1 cup raw or dry-roasted almonds
- 12 pitted Medjool dates or barhi dates, chopped (code healthyhelper saves!)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder or vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- Lemon zest for topping, optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until the mixture becomes sticky and combined.
- Roll into 12 to 14 balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Top with fresh lemon zest if desired and enjoy.

How long can these be stored outside of the refrigerator?

I would not recommend storing them outside of the fridge. They’d be fine for a few hours though.
