When it comes to the holidays, gifting can be great….if it’s done with love & intention. That instead of just buying or gifting random stuff & things, I love to really think about things that that make the people I love lives’ healthier (mentally, physically or emotionally). Or things that will improve the quality of their daily life: a tiny spark of joy, a little bit more ease, or a elevated way to go through their day.
Which takes some thought and time.
Both things that we probably all feel a little less plentiful of, with the holiday season starting. So, rather than spending weeks and weeks hunting for these things (and ideas!), we’ve been collecting all the best ideas, just for YOU. So you can have some more ease in your holiday shopping checklist this year, and less stress.
This year, we are SO excited because we have ONE, all-inclusive guide for you that covers everyone on your list. These are the tried-and-true ideas that my family, friends and I have either personally loved & used—OR are on our wishlists this year. Aka, they’re vetted and SRH-approved—aka some of my most favorite items, investments and things that make life better, healthier and happier.
And that this makes your shopping list a little easier to navigate, so you can move on to the true joys of the season. Happy holidays ahead to us all.
Below we’ve got ideas for Health, Wellness & Natural Beauty Lovers, Women, Cooking & Foodies, Kids, Men and Gifts From The Heart. Keep scrolling to see them all!
Holiday Guide 2025
HEALTH, WELLNESS & NATURAL BEAUTY LOVERS:
for wellness tech lover in your life:
Higher Dose red light mask: this was the best thing I bought 2 winters ago (on Black Friday weekend to be exact), and I am still obsessed! Not only is it antiaging and makes you skin cells truly GLOW with health, but you can wear it while walking around your house (perfect for busy mom life). I wear it at my computer or cleaning up at night. And love the warmth and 10 min boost it gives my skin AND mood. They also have a new red light mask for your neck too! And this red light wearable hat for improved hair growth! The PEMF mat is a fan favorite too, I know so many people who love and rely on this weekly! Note: their BF sale is on now- 30% off everything sitewide (and the only time of year they go on this big of a sale!)
Higher Dose Sauna Blanket: full disclosure…a real sauna in our backyard is what’s been on my list for YEARS. But this option feels like the next best thing– for smaller spaces, easier to store and to really slay any winter blues. Pair it with this blanket for super easy clean up and use.
Nowatch: I love this new idea! And def have this on my own list this year: a new, non-display watch that tracks your health stats and bio-metics, but the face of the watch looks like a heirloom, classic piece of jewelry. There is no monthly app subscription cost, and to be totally honest, I love this option the most for a more low-key, less obsessive, less addicting way to track the things that add up the most to feeling good. From the eldest daughter in all of us (wink).
Red light toothbrush: another fun one for the wellness-tech lover in your life. This toothbrush is new on the market, and uses red light to improve your oral health all while brushing.
The Brick: a physical device that helps you take back your time (and stop getting sucked into your phone). Set which apps you want to block, tap the Brick, and it stays on until you uptap it. Genius. People love this and rave about it!
Hatch Restore Bedside Light: a gentle way to wakeup and wind down, all based on your circadian rhythm. Plus, phone free to keep screens out of your bedroom.
Oura Ring: the gold standard in tracking the metrics that matter- hrv, sleep quality, stress and more. Everyone I know who has one loves it. Great for someone who is motivated by knowing their numbers and doesn’t obsess over them. I love how it doesn’t display on the device and there is no bluetooth needed to track (unlike the emf heavy apple watches).
Thergun full size: sore muscles be gone (and like your own nightly massage therapist)
Private Coaching with Sarah: for the woman who is truly ready for a change and uplevel in her life– to live it healthier and more intentionally (without perfection, and in the context of real, busy life of course). Coaching options can include a focus on health, mindset, a blend of both or mindset in motherhood specifically (a brand new offering starting in January). Email hello@simplyrealhealth.com if you want to chat or get more details on this! It’s truly life-changing.
for improving your health, skin & everyday life:
Under desk treadmill/walking pad: Enter under one of the best things I bought in 2023.Especially if you live in an area where the weather can deter you from getting out to move every day.
Weighted Walking Vest: I know, I know. It’s such a trend right now. But this one feels so simple & doable, and the concept has been around a long time, especially to help with muscle and bone density as we age.
Activations App— we all know my obsession since July of getting up 20 minutes before my kids to take a walking meditation. And this is the app I go to every morning. Instead of classic meditations, I love that this one helps activate your brain pathways in different ways, helping you become the woman you are becoming, not just sit in silence or thinking of “nothing”. It feels more productive and active to me and is one of the things that makes my everyday life so much better!
Dyson AirWrap Hair Dryer: Ok. let’s talk about it. This was what I gifted myself 2 years for Christmas (lol), and there’s not a day that goes by that I’m not thankful for it. I was skeptical, but after trying my sister’s out, it has been AWESOME. It cuts down on dry time like crazy (5 mins for me, truly!). And the air wrap curl is so quick (after some practice). But most of all, my hair is looking way healthier from not being fried multiple times a week. It uses an air turbine & vacuum like technology vs hot heat. Love it. Worth it.
Equilibria CBD products: the daily tincture, daily gummies and the sleep gummies are my personal favs. I’ve also tried their new Tipsy line (cbd +thc) of gummies and I like it better than a glass of wine these days, because it doesn’t affect my sleep and I wake up the next morning feeling great. Use code “simplyrealhealth” for an extra 15% off!
Primally Pure Holiday line: this collection is only available once a year & sells out fast everytime! I love the moments of slow, self care these remind me to take (even in busy season). Top picks: the holiday body butter (so good). The holiday candle for sure too, and the lip balm and body wash for a special nightly moment during the flurry of this time of year.

Gift Ideas for Women:
Lake Pajamas: someone lovely in my life gifted me a pair of these pajamas as a postpartum/welcome baby present and now I get the hype. I might as well give away all my other pairs, because now I own three sets (these 2 in the shorts set and one pants set), and almost exclusively reach for them every night. I personally am a hot sleeper so I love their linen sets (pants or shorts), but all their fabrics are actually amazing. This one is on my list for the cozier seasons.
Heirloom sun hats: There is nothing that feels more pulled-together and gives you the ability to walk, play and live in the sunshine easily more than a well made hat. This brand (as well as this one) have an amazing packable line, as well as more full brimmed one. It’s such a beautiful and practical heirloom piece to have in your wardrobe for years to come. I have and love the Inca hat, the Paloma Sunhat, and have this one on my list next.
Matching Sets: Listen, I don’t care if a matching set ever goes out of style, I will always be IN for one. The way it eases decision making, makes me feel pulled together on the outside (even if the day feels crazy on the inside), and makes getting dressed (and out of workout clothes 99% of the time).
- This brand is AMAZING and worth every penny for lounge. I love their AirEssentials line (these wide leg pants & half zip specifically are my favorite go-to travel & lounge set)
- This brand is my favorite for a slightly dressier/but still casual vibe. I have the all day knit denim jacket and scout pant (truly obsessed!), the scout jersey skirt and the v-neck tank.
- This jumpsuit. Just never a bad idea (and always the one I reach for the most).
- This set for workout/daily wear– it’s so soft and so great to workout in. Pants here.
These Sunday Slippers: cozy time, but elevated.
Made By Mary jewelry: my favorite daily wear jewelry, hands down. All my necklaces & earrings are from here! Use code SIMPLYREALHEALTH at checkout to save 10% off!
THIS WATERPROOF COAT HAS CHANGED my life (and the game) in terms of fall and winter walks. And sports. I’ve had mine for 5 years now and every year I’m so so thankful for it! My mom, sister and all my best friends have followed suit and I tell you, it’s worth every penny if you live in a rainy winter climate. Ditto for these mittens.
This Lightweight Packable Coat– in the most gorgeous espresso brown, you all know I am obsessed and wear it daily when the coat above is too heavy.
Waterproof hiking & walking boot (or these ones, so cute too). When you have the right shoes, there’s no excuse for not doing your normal walks!
The Osea body oil: the holy grail of skincare for your body. Trust me when I say you will never want to use any other product after this! It’s SO GOOD, worth every single penny. The smell, the feel, how it moisturizes, it’s unreal. No one would be mad at this for a gift.
Merit Beauty Starter Kit: I have been loving this non-toxic beauty line. It gives such a great, beautiful glow! My favs are the bronzer stick, the glow highlighter stick and the brow gel. See more of my natural beauty favs here.
OneSkin Face Topical Cream: I have loved trying this new peptide out for skin. The studies on it are amazing, and now, 2 months in, I am definitely noticing some great things happening with my skin. This link gets you $30 off!

Coravin wine preserver: the perfect solution for wanting to have just 1 glass of good quality wine, without having to open or finish a bottle!
Uiio wine filters: Friends, this is life-changing if you’re sensitive to wine (like me) but love a glass here and there. And I have to say, these really do work and make any wine sulfite free. Aka hangover free (obviously when done in moderation). Available in single glass filters or bottle filters. This is one the best gifts I’ve ever been given.
Vitamix Stainless Steel Blending Container: this has changed my life!! Best purchase in the last year. The Vitamix blender is my kitchen love affair, and has been for over a decade. But now, hallelujah for a new look (and no plastic degrading and blending into my matcha or soups!). So happy they offer this now.
Pizza oven or this one that goes on the grill
Handmade mugs: a personal favorite of mine, I always find great ones on Etsy if you shop early. Like this one, this one, this one,
KIDS:
stories, games & imaginary play:
YotoMini: this is by far one of the best things we’ve bought for our kids. Audio stories that they can control (but are screen free). I love the mini version for travel — it has a headphone jack and they can keep all the story cards in a little wallet. It’s portable and just awesome. Plus you can load all the cards on an app and use your phone as well if needed or you lose the cards. I did the YotoClub membership for a few months to build up our story cards and now we’re set!
Nex Playground: this one is getting a lot of press lately and I’m so intrigued. It’s a indoor playground/almost gaming set up but without controls. Kids use their bodies in active ways to jump, dance, move, etc. It seems like a great option if you live in rainy wintery area (like us in PNW) to keep kids moving and active. Anyone have this? The reviews are so strong.
Bounce House: I love this brand’s more neutral vibe. Or for indoor use or smaller spaces, I love this one.
Kids couch (and fort making pillows): the most well known brand is this one, but we ended up ordering one on Etsy that we love for our new basement (and highly recommend!). It’s the perfect size for kids and reading, great for forts, and all in a non-toxic fabric.
Campsnap Camera: a fun screen-free digital camera that you can re-charge, but with film inserts and vintage style photos (great for slightly older kids interested in photography). See camera recc below for younger kids.
Gathre indoor trampoline: the best for rainy season and indoor active play.
Kids bounce back outdoor net: this is on our list this year for our baseball fan to keep practicing and playing outside no matter the weather. Or this one for soccer too.
Chemistry set: for your curious one. Or this grow your own crystal set (literally adding to my cart as I write this).
Magnatiles (and these new travel magnatiles!). Another hit, FOR YEARS. And still going strong, for both kids now. Love the tiny travel ones to travel and eat out.
Magnetic board: I don’t know what it is about this toy but all of my kids love it, no matter the age. It’s been going strong for years over here!
Wooden tic tac toe board: not mad about this on our coffee table and I love the amount of times it gets used
Swoop Bag: for toys and legos. This is on our list this year too. A playmat that swoops up for easy cleaning. Say less.
The cutest play kitchen (ours is going on a solid 6 years of play!)
Wooden Tea Set or this neutral wood one
Kids non toxic bath color tablets : pair with my fav non toxic bubble bath for some great nightly winter fun
Magnetic letters (in cute colors)
Favorite kids pajamas, hands down.

Our most played & favorite family board games: uno, guess who, sorry, zingo, zingo word builder, blockus, chess and memory match.
favorite arts & crafts:
Camera with printable photos: this is on both of my kids’s list this year. Love that it prints on normal paper vs more expensive instax setups. Pink one too!
LED drawing board: this one in on our list this year, looks so fun and like it will work for a wide variety of ages.
Bracelet Making Kits: regular beads or the loop kinds. Such a fun little craft and amazing for travel/eating out too.
Watercolor colored pencils: a art closet new find that we have been loving!
Air dry clay kits: next level playdough = air dry clay. I love the open-endedness of this option for both of my older kids. This kit and this kit are on my list this year for them.
other:
Custom name stool: we were gifted this for our 2 older kids and they are just so cute (and highly functional for brushing teeth, etc). Rosie is getting her own to add to the mix this year 🙂
Flower garden building kit- this one has been such a hit!
Natural nail polish: this brand is the one I go to for non-toxic nail polish for my toddler. She loves it and I love there is no smell or junk! They also just launched nail polish pens for the crowd that prefers to do their own.
Kids chef knives (for younger kids) or these wooden ones for those ready for the next level.
Robe: this toddler girls one is so cute (we have the cherry print), and boy’s one here (we have navy). So soft & cozy for winter nights and mornings.
Slippers: I got these for June last year and they are everyone’s favorite, still. I’m getting her the next size up this year, such a hit! These ones for boys or these too are also fun.
